* 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
 * Proven experience leading engineering teams in high-growth SaaS or AI companies
 * Strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices
 * Experience building and scaling AI/GenAI systems (LLMs, RAG, NLP, search platforms)
 * Track record of delivering enterprise-grade products at scale
 * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience in Field Service, Customer Service, or enterprise operations domain
 * Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or enterprise system integrations
 * Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and AI evaluation frameworks

* Define and execute the engineering strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business goals
 * Build, lead, and scale high-performing global engineering teams
 * Drive architecture and delivery of AI/GenAI platforms (LLMs, RAG, NLP, agentic systems)
 * Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of enterprise SaaS products
 * Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
 * Establish best practices in software development, DevOps, and quality engineering
 * Lead hiring, mentoring, and leadership development across engineering teams
 * Drive innovation in AI, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure
 * Manage budgets, planning, and execution for engineering initiatives
