 * You're comfortable in drawings and single-lines as well as spreadsheets.
 * You've built capacity models that caught a real constraint early.
 * You keep a source of truth current across many concurrent changes.
 * You present a constraint with options attached.
 * Bonus: DCIM tools. Electrical and mechanical fundamentals. SQL and BI tooling. Multi-site portfolios.

## Description

* Model greyspace capacity across sites: the electrical, mechanical, and support space budgets behind every megawatt of whitespace.
 * Track allocation against design as builds evolve, catching where greyspace runs out before power does.
 * Build the source-of-truth views that design, delivery, and operations use to answer whether it fits.
 * Analyze trade-offs when programs compete for the same square footage or capacity headroom.
