## Description

* Lead the execution of the engineering roadmap, translating business priorities into clear, measurable delivery plans
 * Design and implement scalable architectures across platforms, including Salesforce, internal systems, and external partners
 * Oversee the full software development lifecycle from planning through production support
 * Establish and maintain high standards for code quality, security, testing, and system performance
 * Define and lead Salesforce architecture strategy, including platform integrations and enhancements
 * Evaluate and manage technology vendors and partners to ensure long-term scalability and reliability
 * Drive development of AI-enabled applications using modern tools and frameworks
 * Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement, We expect candidates to be fluent in using AI tools to enhance their work.
