* 8 - 12 years of experience in telecom, fiber, or network operations
 * Strong background in vendor management, backhaul, or network deployment
 * Experience operating across multiple vendors and markets
 * Experience building or scaling operational functions preferred
 * Experience in high-growth or infrastructure environments preferred

## Description

We are seeking a senior operator to build and dlead AEX's network vendor management and backhaul coordination function. This role will establish AEX as a centralized vendor management layer across network providers and drive operational accountability across vendors and internal teams.

In this role you will work alongside our ISP clients to deliver the operational integrity and network resiliency that enables them to focus on their customers. Your ability to drive projects, hold vendors accountable and intellectual agility will be crucial to success.

Key Responsibilities

 * Establish AEX as the centralized vendor management layer across network providers
 * Own backhaul coordination, vendor relationships, and implementation oversight
 * Build scalable workflows, SLAs, and reporting frameworks
 * Drive operational accountability across vendors and internal teams
 * Support development of a repeatable, productized service offering
