Technical Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance * Perform payload-level debugging of JSON, XML, and EDI data using tools such as Postman, Insomnia, and EDI Notepad. * Build SQL scripts for: + Data migration pre-validation and post-migration audits + Live data integrity checks across systems + Root cause analysis of data mismatches and failed transactions * Use packet tracing and VPN diagnostic tools (Wireshark, tcpdump) to debug connectivity issues. * Develop automated test scripts for integration validation (e.g., Postman Collections with Newman CLI). * Monitor production data flows using internal tools and external monitors, with alerting configured for integration failure scenarios (timeouts, schema validation failures, etc.). Technical Project Architecture & Documentation * Create and maintain sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, and API schema documentation for all integrations. * Document VPN configurations, encryption protocols, and authentication flows (e.g., OAuth 2.0, API key rotation). * Define error handling frameworks across integrations, standardizing error response formats and retry logic.
