Success means high-quality content that drives developer awareness, sign-ups, and activation. * Deliver talks at developer and AI developer conferences, and build relationships with organizers and attendees. * Build tooling, extensions, and plugins that improve the developer experience on Runpod, and instrument them so the impact is measurable. Success means shipped tools with real adoption that reduce friction and drive downstream product usage. * Design and run programs that scale our core pillars: content, events, and community, so impact compounds over time. Success means repeatable, durable systems rather than one-off efforts. * Show up consistently where developers are, build genuine relationships, and surface insights to Product and other relevant teams.
