## About the Role

* 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally with DeFi, trading, or fintech applications.
 * Strong user research & data-driven design approach - wireframing, A/B testing, and iterating based on analytics.
 * Expert at managing all things Figma - UI Kits, prototyping, developer handoff, component libraries.
 * Experience in brand identity & aesthetics - creating visually compelling and intuitive UI/UX that aligns with Odos' cutting-edge reputation.
 * Collaboration with developers & product teams - working efficiently with Dev Mode, front-end engineers, and cross-functional teams.
 * Proven ability to build and scale design systems across multiple products and platforms.
 * Excellent communication skills to confidently and clearly articulate thoughts
 * Self-starter who proactively looks for opportunities to contribute to the team, and can work independently on deliverables
