We are a tightly knit team and want to keep that feeling even as we get bigger., * Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required. * 6 years of total experience in digital marketing services with extensive expertise in content approval management and digital asset management (DAM). * 2-3 years of direct experience working with Veeva PromoMats and MedComms, managing workflow definitions, implementation, and process optimizations. * Proven experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM) processes, particularly in source file meta-tagging, content reuse, and internal/external content promotion. * Strong ability to engage with leadership and operational stakeholders, ensuring proper prioritization of requests and governance of platform changes. * Experience in leading platform administration for Veeva Vault, focusing on compliance and workflow efficiency. * Ability to research and implement new product features, collaborating with business stakeholders for continuous platform improvement.
