We build for them, not ourselves. * Bias for Action - When you see a problem you can solve, fix it. We don't wait for someone else to tell you it's your job, we seize the initiative. For major architectural changes, features, or anything that affects other teams' work, we give people a heads up but don't wait for consensus to start exploring solutions. * Shared Ownership - We all own the outcomes, not just our individual pieces. When something breaks, we focus on fixing the system together rather than finding who's at fault. Mistakes are inevitable, how we handle them as a team defines us. * Transparency First - We emphasize keeping engineering discussions and topics in the public forum, not tucked away in DMs or private channels. Those spaces are specifically for conversations that cannot be had elsewhere. Join Us Are you ready to help shape the future of secure DocGen? Apply now, and let's make a difference together!
