Experience with JAMF a plus. * Working knowledge with Windows, Mac OS, mobile devices, and other IT peripherals. * Ability to capture and understand workstation event logs and performance metrics. * Knowledge and experience with DNS, DHCP, SMTP, and other network systems and protocols. * Experience managing server rooms, including patch cabling, enterprise network appliances, and servers. * Understands compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST) to support audit requirements. * Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID user and group management, Single Sign-On (SSO) and auto provisioning. * Experience with automation tools and scripting. * Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Google, etc.) preferred. * Strong troubleshooting ability and change-control discipline. * May require occasional after-hours or weekend work. This role uses a ticketing system to track and resolve issues while coordinating closely with key stakeholders.
