(link to The Re:Build Way principles) Who we are looking for (candidates must be located in the U.S.) This role drives organizational change and operational excellence by leading lean transformation initiatives across strategically selected internal value streams as well as facilitating lean in product and process development work and in collaboration with Re:Build external customers. Reporting to the Chief Lean Officer, the Transformation Coach is responsible for guiding strategy deployment, conducting value stream analysis, and facilitating improvement events that impact safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and lead time . With a strong focus on teaching, mentoring, and coaching in the Gemba, this position develops lean leadership and culture throughout the enterprise, ensuring sustainable improvements that support business growth and the revitalization of U.S. manufacturing .
