 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.

Desired Qualifications

 * Bswift or similar benefits admin software experience.
 * Insurance experience including knowledge of carrier policies, procedures and billing rules.
 * Strong people skills; ability to work easily with diverse people and groups.

## Description

* Review, Bswift, variance audit log, variance report and carrier billing to identify the cause.
 * Resolve variance based on findings by emailing appropriate source and/or correcting Bswift.
 * Update variance audit log, variance report and internal spreadsheets.
 * Email billing team if employee deduction is affected.
 * Additional tasks as assigned.
