(USBP) is seeking a Design Engineer to support the development, refinement, and continuous improvement of aluminum door and window systems. This role owns designs from concept through production release, with an emphasis on physical security performance - including ballistic resistance, forced entry resistance, and blast mitigation. The ideal candidate combines strong mechanical design fundamentals with hands-on knowledge of door hardware, laminated glass layups, and manufacturing processes, and is comfortable coordinating across internal teams, outside test labs, and partner engineering firms.
