Leadership & Soft Skills: * Strong team leadership and people-management skills. * Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Self-motivated with the ability to independently identify and resolve issues. * Ability to work effectively with technical teams, management, external agencies, and business stakeholders. * Strong documentation and technical communication skills. * Willingness to support critical systems outside normal business hours when required. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Systems Manager to oversee the mainframe systems team and provide technical leadership in supporting IBM mainframe systems, program products, and subsystems.
