* Experience in MBSE (Cameo, Rhapsody)
 * Experience with Requirements Definition and Documentation (DOORS, Jama)
 * Experience with Use Case and Conops definition
 * Previous experience with Verification and Validation activities
 * Previous experience in a leadership role (technical or functional)
 * 5+ years of relevant work experience (Advanced Degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience)
 * Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
 * Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions for 8-15 direct reports., * Experience participating in requirements elicitation activities
 * Experience defining Data Models
 * Experience in Agile Methodologies & Tools
 * Previous IRAD Experience
 * Active Secret Clearance
