* 7+ years of experience in internal IT or IT operations, ideally in a SaaS company
 * Strong hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, SAML, MDM, and endpoint management
 * Experience owning internal IT across multiple offices and remote teams
 * Good understanding of IT security, access control, and physical security
 * Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks
 * Able to set direction, challenge existing approaches, and independently drive secure and scalable solutions
 * Being well structured and organized

## Description

* Own and drive the internal IT roadmap, priorities, architecture, and standards
 * Own identity and access management, including SSO, SAML, onboarding, offboarding, and access governance
 * Own endpoint management, MDM, device compliance, and the global hardware lifecycle
 * Define and maintain standards for workplace technology, physical security, and internal tooling
 * Own IT-related compliance controls, risk management, evidence collection, and audit readiness
