## Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Project Manager to lead multiple IT and digital transformation projects within a complex public-sector environment. You will manage projects from requirements analysis through implementation, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure stakeholder and regulatory alignment.

 * Lead IT projects involving government services, regulatory changes, and digital solutions.
 * Gather and analyse business requirements and prepare functional and technical specifications.
 * Coordinate internal teams, clients, partners, and suppliers.
 * Plan, organise, and monitor projects across scoping, design, validation, and change management.
 * Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
 * Organise training for employees and end users.
 * Prepare project dashboards, progress reports, and performance indicators.
 * Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and ensure regulatory compliance.
 * Organise and lead project steering committees.
 * Contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
