## Description

A leading organization operating in a complex and technology-driven environment is seeking a Senior Technical IT Expert to provide advanced infrastructure support, ensure operational continuity, and act as a trusted technical advisor across ICT operations. The role combines hands-on technical expertise, vendor coordination, incident management, and mentoring responsibilities to support a stable and secure IT landscape.
Responsibilities

 * Manage IT infrastructure, including configuration, maintenance, and patch management activities.
 * Coordinate with external technical vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery and support.
 * Investigate and resolve complex, critical, or recurring technical incidents.
 * Coach and support first-line ICT support teams, providing guidance and knowledge transfer.
 * Maintain backup, recovery, business continuity processes, and technical documentation.
 * Provide technical advice, risk assessments, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
