* Excellent English and French communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written);
 * At least 1 year of experience in customer support role (technical support preferably) in a fast-paced environment;
 * Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support (understanding of APIs, OS, SaaS tools);
 * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with constant attention to detail.
 * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
 * Exceptional interpersonal and team-player skills;
 * Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers;

## Description

* Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner;
 * Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers;
 * Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues;
 * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution;
 * Document customer interactions and inquiries in D365;
 * Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures;
 * Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with company updates and changes.
