Has strong experience as a Full-Stack Developer in a startup/scale-up environment

Has excellent Python, Cloud and DevOps skills

Is comfortable working across frontend & backend

Understands scalable application and data architecture

Is a strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Enjoys learning and adopting new technologies

Has a practical 80/20 mindset and strong execution skills

Experience with B2B trade or trade credit insurance is a plus

## Description

* Develop and maintain Python web services

 * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines

 * Work across frontend, backend, APIs and data platforms

 * Support cloud architecture and application scalability

 * Develop automation solutions for Risk & Data Analytics teams

 * Contribute to technical architecture and technology decisions

 * Apply development best practices, documentation and clean coding standards

 * Implement AI-based regression testing

 * Work closely with the IT Lead and wider technology teams
