Additional Knowledge * ITIL 4 or strong IT Service Management knowledge. * Platform governance, release management, and upgrade planning. * CMDB and CSDM best practices. * Enterprise architecture and solution design methodologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow and/or Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on solution architecture, platform governance, integrations, security, and stakeholder engagement.
