* Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management roles.
 * Proven experience managing large and complex SAP programs.
 * Strong experience with SAP SD/MM environments.
 * Experience managing initiatives involving both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Experience working with multiple teams, vendors, and business units.

 * Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
 * Advanced English (mandatory).

## Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale SAP initiatives involving both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments .

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex SAP programs, driving governance and compliance activities, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution across business and technical teams.

 * Manage communication between business, functional, and technical teams.
 * Support strategic decision-making and escalation management.
 * Drive continuous improvements and program performance.
 * Ensure successful execution of complex SAP-related initiatives., * Hybrid work model in Madrid.
