## About the Role

* +5 years of experience working as a Frontend Engineer.
 * Strong experience with Node.js and backend application development.
 * Hands-on experience with AWS, including:
 + EC2
 + Lambda
 + SQS
 + SNS
 + DynamoDB
 * Experience designing and developing scalable distributed systems.
 * Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures.
 * Experience building RESTful APIs and backend integrations.
 * Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-have:

 * AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
 * Experience building systems that process millions of messages per day with high reliability.
 * Experience designing and optimizing low-latency distributed systems.
 * Knowledge of graceful degradation strategies to ensure service resilience under failure conditions.
 * Experience with high-availability, fault-tolerant, and cloud-native architectures.
 * Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability best practices.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
 * Build and optimize cloud-native applications on AWS.
 * Develop and maintain event-driven and messaging-based architectures using SQS and SNS.
 * Design and manage serverless solutions with AWS Lambda.
 * Work with DynamoDB to build high-performance, scalable data solutions.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, low-latency backend services.
 * Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, availability, and scalability.
 * Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
