+ Several years of hands-on experience within the Microsoft Power Platform and M365 ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder and Azure integrations is a strong advantage.
 + Strong consulting skills, with the ability to quickly understand customer needs, propose pragmatic solutions and successfully lead their implementation.
 + A strategic mindset and understanding of governance and platform management, thinking beyond individual projects to establish sustainable standards and best practices.
 + A strong ownership mentality, taking responsibility for the entire customer journey from proposal to successful delivery.
 + Leadership capabilities, with a passion for sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues and helping others grow.
