As a UI Artist, you'll turn ideas into polished interfaces that balance visual appeal with intuitive design, helping every screen feel as good as it looks. Getting that balance right means continually expanding how you approach the work. You'll build fluency with AI and emerging tools alongside strong UI fundamentals, learning where they can broaden exploration, improve iteration, and help you make stronger design decisions, with experienced artists around you to help develop your judgment and approach. If you're looking for new design challenges, opportunities to broaden your visual and technical skills, and the support to turn strong fundamentals into a more confident and versatile craft, you'll find plenty of room to grow here. What You Will Do * Create mockups and polished UI assets for Monopoly GO! features, translating flowcharts and wireframes into usable UI systems, with guidance from a Senior UI Artist. * Apply AI-assisted tools within your UI workflow, using sound judgment to identify where they improve quality, iteration, or efficiency. * Collaborate with game designers, UX designers, concept artists, animators, and engineers to keep the player experience consistent. * Present your UI work clearly within your immediate team, and advocate for strong UI craft. * Iterate quickly on feedback to keep your work polished and production-ready. ## Related Videos - [WebAssembly Revolution: Elevating JavaScript's Reach and Performance](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1149-webassembly-revolution-elevating-javascript-s-reach-and-performance) - [Lost and Wasted Time: Searching for the Cozy Web](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2107-lost-and-wasted-time-searching-for-the-cozy-web) - [Boost Productivity with AI: Figma & Playwright MCP Workflows - Aris Markogiannakis](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1768-boost-productivity-with-ai-figma-playwright-mcp-workflows-aris-markogiannakis) - [Winning talents through play - Corporate Gaming with AKEYI](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1062-winning-talents-through-play-corporate-gaming-with-akeyi) - [Designing the Future of Human<>Agent Collaboration](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1447-designing-the-future-of-human-agent-collaboration) - [Fireside Chat with Kris Rasmussen, CTO at Figma](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/982-fireside-chat-with-kris-rasmussen-cto-at-figma) ## Related Articles - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [Starter Kit For Job Applications For Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/7-starter-kit-for-job-applications-for-developers) - [John Romero - What AI Can, Can’t, and Shouldn’t do for Games](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/478-john-romero-what-ai-can-can-t-and-shouldn-t-do-for-games) - [The future is here: How artificial intelligence is influencing UX design](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/65-the-future-is-here-how-artificial-intelligence-is-influencing-ux-design) - [How to Write a CV and Interview if You Don't Fully Qualify For The Job](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/183-how-to-write-a-cv-and-interview-if-you-don-t-fully-qualify-for-the-job) - [The Most Popular IT Jobs on the Market](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/376-the-most-popular-it-jobs-on-the-market)
