 * Be passionate about driving change and efficiency with partners from different disciplines., * 7+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer.
 * Experience in the full-stack development, deployment, and maintenance of web-based technology applications with Ruby on Rails or the ability and interest in working with it (JavaScript, Elixir, Kotlin, Java, and Python experience is also very valued).
 * Solid knowledge of OOP, clean coding, TDD, and agile.
 * English proficiency.
