The role leads a global organization spanning Infrastructure DevOps, Cloud Delivery, and Regional Infrastructure & Platforms teams, delivering consistent execution across all regions. * Working closely with Regional IT & Payment leaders, Cybersecurity, Cloud Architecture, Digital Factory, and local IT teams, the Director drives the transformation toward standardized, cloud-first, multi-cloud platforms through automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and DevSecOps practices. The role is accountable for platform availability, scalability, resilience, governance, and operational excellence, while ensuring adoption of global standards and operating models across countries. * As a member of the Technology Operations & Platforms leadership team, the Director industrializes global infrastructure capabilities, manages strategic technology partnerships, and leads vendor governance to support business growth, innovation, and operational efficiency worldwide.
