Fluency in English is essential for effective collaboration within international teams and global projects., * 8+ years of experience in Mainframe Network Systems Programming or Administration * Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory * Strong expertise in IBM z/OS Communications Server, TCP/IP, VTAM/SNA, APPN/HPR, and Enterprise Extender * Experience with network security technologies including AT-TLS, TLS certificates, IPsec, IP filtering, SSH, and secure file transfer protocols * Knowledge of VIPA/DVIPA, Sysplex Distributor, Parallel Sysplex networking, and high-availability environments * Hands-on experience with z/OS commands, TSO/ISPF, JCL, network diagnostics, monitoring, and performance tuning * Experience with disaster recovery, incident management, change management, and production support * Automation and scripting skills using REXX, CLIST, USS Shell, or similar tools ## Description The Mainframe Network System Programmer is a senior professional responsible for the administration, security, availability, and performance of network infrastructure within IBM z/OS environments. This role is critical to ensuring the connectivity and continuity of business-critical services, managing key technologies such as TCP/IP, VTAM/SNA, Communications Server, and high-availability solutions. In this position, the successful candidate will install, configure, and maintain z/OS network software and services, optimize TCP/IP and VTAM/SNA environments, and ensure the security and resilience of enterprise-scale, mission-critical infrastructure.
