As part of our Technology practice, you will help clients transform traditional software engineering into AI-powered, high-performing delivery organizations. What you'll do: * Design and develop enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud technologies. * Drive adoption of AI-Augmented SDLC practices across the software development lifecycle. * Build AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent automation. * Implement Spec-Driven Development using OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, and API-first engineering methodologies. * Collaborate with architects, AI engineers, consultants, and client teams to deliver innovative business solutions. * Mentor engineering teams and help establish best practices for AI-Native Engineering.
