## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering or related fields
 * 3+ years of experience in software deployment or system integration, preferably involving robotics, material handling or autonomous systems
 * Strong understanding of software deployment processes and PLC integration, with the ability to analyze code, logs and system behavior when troubleshooting complex issues
 * Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical systems in customer-facing or production environments
 * Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting
 * Hands-on experience with industrial robot deployment (e.g., Yaskawa, Fanuc, ABB) and vision systems (e.g., Photoneo, Keyence)
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to translate field observations and customer issues into clear technical information for engineering teams
 * A proactive, hands-on approach to solving technical problems and a strong interest in industrial robotics and automation
 * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, with up to 50% of working time spent at customer sites
 * Professional proficiency in English.

## Description

You will be the technical bridge between Mujin's software engineering teams and real-world robotic deployments. You will take ownership of onsite integration, troubleshooting and system performance while turning field experience into improvements for future deployments., * Take technical ownership of deployments at customer sites, independently diagnosing and resolving issues across software, robots, vision systems, PLCs, networks and system integration.

 * Deploy and configure Mujin software and systems, including MujinController and associated equipment, ensuring successful integration with robots, vision systems, PLCs and existing customer infrastructure.
 * Commission and validate deployed systems against agreed operational requirements, including functionality, reliability, cycle time and overall system performance.
 * Monitor and optimise deployed systems by analysing logs, performance metrics and operational data to identify bottlenecks and improve system performance.
 * Translate field issues into actionable engineering feedback by reproducing problems, collecting relevant logs and data, isolating root causes and clearly documenting findings for software development and QA teams.
 * Develop and continuously improve deployment standards and documentation, including configuration standards, deployment playbooks and troubleshooting guides, making future deployments faster, more consistent and scalable.
 * Support customer and system-integrator handover by providing technical guidance and training on system operation, configuration and first-line troubleshooting.
