The Mandate As part of the 10x Team, you may be deployed to design and implement scalable security and governance architectures across high-growth technology environments. Your focus is execution. You will architect repeatable security engines that include: * Enterprise-grade information security strategy aligned with business objectives * Risk-based security governance frameworks * Security-by-design integration into product and engineering workflows * Threat modelling and risk assessment structures * Security control design and maturity roadmaps * Incident response frameworks and breach escalation protocols * Vendor and third-party risk management programs * Security certification readiness structures including ISO 27001 and SOC 2 * Alignment with EU regulatory frameworks such as NIS2 and DORA where applicable * Security performance dashboards and board-level reporting models * Executive communication frameworks translating technical risk into business impact The objective is to transform fragmented security efforts into a scalable, auditable security platform that enables growth rather than constrains it., These are regular project-based opportunities where the listed mission is the actual project you may work on. 2.
