These individuals are also responsible for managing all projects and programs to ensure that transportation is effective and secure, and back-end information systems are operational to support MTA goals and priorities., Under direct supervision, this role manages specific components and assigned tasks within the product management process. This role assists with the development of user stories. This role may assist with the analysis of business operations to identify process improvement opportunities and the modeling of current and desired scenarios using defined models, methods, and tools. This role maintains and runs reports to evaluate value realization against product, risk management, service, or project goals and objectives.
