## Description

* Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von kanalübergreifenden CRM-Kampagnen (Push, In-App, Web, TV-Apps) entlang des Kundenlebenszyklus: Onboarding, Aktivierung, Bindung, Reaktivierung.
 * Entwicklung datengetriebener Marketingaktionen mit hohem Automatisierungs- und Personalisierungsgrad.
 * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung des Lifecycle Marketings mit Fokus auf Mobile (Smartphone, Tablet, App, Push/In-App).
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer CRM-Plattform Emarsys: Segmentierung, Automatisierung, Daten- und Kampagnenlogiken.
 * Analyse der Kampagnen-Performance, Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen, A/B-Testing sowie Reporting.
 * Technische Mitarbeit bei der Konfiguration von Automatisierungs-Workflows, Schnittstellen zu Datenquellen und Monitoring der Datenqualität.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Produkt und Data Analytics zur Schaffung personalisierter Kundenerlebnisse.
 * Einbringen kreativer Ideen für Mobile-Engagement-Strategien (z. B. interaktive Push-Kampagnen, App-Lifecycle-Journeys).
