Your Impact * Make the engineering organisation faster, more reliable, and more effective as we scale. * Shape both short-term execution and long-term platform and architectural strategy. * Build a leadership bench that lets the org keep compounding without depending on any single individual. * Build and maintain a strong engineering culture that attracts and retains top talent in Berlin. * Improve collaboration and alignment across product, engineering, and other stakeholders.
