* Studienabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren, wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengang, alternativ Berufserfahrung in dem gesuchten Bereich
 * Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
 * Methodisches, logisches Denken und Arbeiten
 * Erfahrung in der Planung und Verteilung von Aufgaben
 * Programmierkenntnisse in AL & C/AL sind erforderlich, eine weitere Programmiersprache ist wünschenswert
 * Gutes bis sehr gutes Verständnis von kaufmännischen Vorgängen
 * Du hast sehr gute Deutschkentnisse (mindestens C1) / Very good German language skills are required for this position (at least C1).

## Description

* Strukturelle Planung und innovative Weiterentwicklung der Standardsoftware Microsoft Business Central und der Verlagssoftware knkVerlag mit Fokus auf kaufmännische und betrieblich-organisatorische Lösungen
 * Arbeiten in Projektteams zur Einführung von knkVerlag bei Verlagskunden
 * Durchführung von Workshops mit Kunden und Kollegen
 * Inhaltlicher Ansprechpartner für Kunde und Kollegen sein
 * Durchführung und Bewertung von Bedarfsanalysen
 * Planung, Anleitung und Nachverfolgung der inhaltlichen Projektarbeit
 * Projektbezogene Koordination des Entwicklungs- und Beratungsteams
 * Aufteilen der inhaltlichen Projektarbeit in Arbeitspakete und das Verteilen dieser
 * Monitoren der Qualität im Projekt und des Erreichungsgrads
