## About the Role

* Full Stack-Erfahrung: Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon ein signifikanter Teil in der Entwicklung von Frontend- und Backend-Komponenten.
 * Programmiersprachkenntnisse: Du besitzt fundierte Erfahrung in Python (idealerweise inkl. pandas, scikit-learn und dem gängigen Data-Science-Stack). Grundkenntnisse in TypeScript sind wünschenswert (Web-Frameworks wie React oder Svelte sind ein Plus). Kenntnisse in der Excel-Automatisierung sind ein Plus.
 * Infrastruktur: Sicherer Umgang mit Docker und Linux, Grundkenntnisse in Kubernetes sind ein Plus.
 * Mentalität: Du denkst in Produkten, nicht nur in Tickets. Du hast den Anspruch, Lösungen zu bauen, die technologisch nachhaltig und benutzerfreundlich sind.
 * Fachliches Interesse: Du hast Interesse an Themen aus Finance, Accounting oder Transaktionsberatung und arbeitest dich gerne in fachliche Fragestellungen ein.
 * Kommunikation: Fließende Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung (mind. C1), Deutschkenntnisse sind ein starkes Plus.

## Description

* End-to-End-Entwicklung: Du konzipierst und entwickelst unsere Python-basierten FDD-Anwendungen ganzheitlich - von der Datenaufbereitung über automatisierte Analysen bis zur bedienbaren Oberfläche für unsere Fachteams und der Berichtserstellung in Excel und PowerPoint.
 * Fachliche Umsetzung: Gemeinsam mit unseren FDD-Teams nimmst du fachliche Anforderungen auf, erstellst Proof-of-Concepts & Mock-ups und überführst sie eigenständig in stabile, wartbare Anwendungen.
 * Data Science: Du nutzt Methoden und Bibliotheken aus Data Science, Machine Learning und Artificial Intelligence im Due-Diligence-Umfeld, etwa für Massendatenanalysen aus ERP- und Buchhaltungsdaten. Erfahrung in der Integration von KI-APIs ist von Vorteil.
 * Qualität & Kollaboration: Du treibst die Prinzipien von Clean Code und Architecture voran, nimmst an Code-Reviews teil und arbeitest eng im agilen Team an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse.
 * Initiative: Du bringst eigene kreative und innovative Lösungsansätze und Technologien aktiv mit ein.
