* Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets und mobilen Handscannern
 * Annahme, Vorbereitung und Übergabe der Geräte an Transportdienstleister
 * Analyse und Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen beim Kunden
 * Unterstützung bei der Lösungsfindung im Team
 * Betreuung der Anwender:innen im Onsite Support
 * Einschätzung und Zuordnung von Supportanfragen
 * Weiterleitung komplexer Fälle an spezialisierte Kolleg:innen
 * Dokumentation von Tätigkeiten und Arbeitszeiten im Servicemanagement-System und in eDLN
