* Bearbeitung und Betreuung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail
 * Erfassung, Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung von Kundenaufträgen in SAP SD
 * Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung
 * Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit nationalen und internationalen Kunden in deutscher und englischer Sprache
 * Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Entwicklung kundenorientierter Lösungen
 * Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten im SAP-System
 * Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten im Customer Service
