## Description

* Fachliche Systembetreuung: Übernahme der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Anwendungen SAP PM und MobileX.
 * First- & Second-Level-Support: Ansprechperson für Anwenderfragen, Fehlermeldungen und Prozessunterstützung im Tagesgeschäft.
 * Schnittstellenfunktion: Enger Austausch mit den operativen Fachbereichen und der zentralen IT zur Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in IT-Spezifikationen.
 * Prozessoptimierung: Aktive Mitgestaltung und Digitalisierung der Abläufe in den Bereichen Instandhaltung und Workforce-Management.
 * Einarbeitung & Anwendertraining: Durchführung von Schulungen und Erstellung von Dokumentationen für die Endanwender.
