* Unterstützung beim Betrieb und bei der Wartung der IT-Systeme (Windows-Server, Clients, Netzwerk)
 * Einrichtung und Pflege von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten (Active Directory)
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software
 * First- und Second-Level-Support für Anwender:innen (remote und vor Ort)
 * Dokumentation von Systemen, Prozessen und Lösungen
 * Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten, Rollouts und Optimierungen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen IT-Team und ggf. externen Dienstleistern
