Behebung von Problemen mit Systemen und Netzwerken, Diagnose und Lösung von Hardware- und Softwarefehlern
Überwachung und Wartung von Computersystemen und Netzwerken
Zuständig für die Reparatur und Aktualisierung von Computern, Software und Hardware, 30 Tage Urlaub pro Jahr
