Betriebswirte/Fachwirte/Fachkaufleute (Fachschulniveau), * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker/in oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare IT-Qualifikation

 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Clientadministration, im End User Computing oder im Workplace-/Endpoint-Umfeld
 * Keine reine Junior-Erfahrung; gesucht werden ca. 4-5 Jahre relevante Praxis oder mehr
 * Sehr gutes Verständnis von Active Directory , User- und Gruppenberechtigungen sowie Gruppenrichtlinien
 * Fundierte Erfahrung mit Windows-Clientadministration und Betriebssystem-Deployment
 * Erfahrung mit Softwarepaketierung und Softwareverteilung
 * Praxis mit SCCM/MECMEndpoint Configuration Manager, MDT , oder vergleichbaren Deployment-Tools
 * Kenntnisse in Matrix42 Empirum oder vergleichbaren Client-Management-/Softwareverteilungslösungen von Vorteil
 * Erfahrung mit Patchmanagement im Clientumfeld
 * Kenntnisse in Microsoft IntuneMDM, Autopilot , od Autopatcher wünschenswert
 * Erfahrung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support für Windows, Office, Hardware und Endpoint-Themen
 * Sicherer Umgang mit PowerShell im administrativen Umfeld
 * Praktische Projekterfahrung im Client-/Endpoint- oder Workplace-Umfeld von Vorteil
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich
