* You are passionate about IT and technology, with proven experience in a similar role or in a fast-growing environment
 * You have a modern approach to IT management (Cloud, SaaS, Google Workspace, etc.)
 * You provide excellent customer service and have strong communication skills in English and French
 * You are able to identify recurring issues and evaluate opportunities to automate them
 * Experience with AI tools or technologies is a plus, * Google Workspace

 * MDM : Jamf (Mac & Iphone) & Intunes (PC Windows & Android)
 * SSO, SAML : Okta
 * Cisco Meraki (LAN, WIFI, Firewall)
 * VC Systems : Polycom/Logitech
 * Hardware: 85% Apple, 15% Windows

## Description

* You are responsable of Level 1 and Level 2 IT tasks (such as preparing computers for new joiners, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, etc..)
 * You help ensure IT Services delivers the best employee experience in relation to employees support, deployments, infrastructure, and day to day IT activities
 * You maintain core IT systems and operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications
 * You track and maintain hardware and software inventory
 * You ensure meeting rooms and VC systems are functioning properly
 * You update and document the current IT procedures
 * You contribute to IT projects and improvements
