## About the Role

* You have 8+ years experience with an object-oriented language such as Ruby
 * You are experienced with Ruby on Rails or another web framework (e.g. Spring, Symfony, Laravel, Django), as well as with JavaScript and relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)
 * You have experience with infrastructure management and/or AI pipelines
 * You test your code (e.g. using RSpec)
 * You write well-designed and readable code
 * You communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and French
 * You like to learn new things

## Description

You will work directly with the Tech and Product team, and your main mission will be to design, build and maintain the moka.care product code base.

Daily you will:

 * Write clean and efficient code in a full-stack fashion, covering the entire stack from frontend to backend to infrastructure, while following the Shape Up methodology: 6-week Shape, 2-week Cooldown, and Friday afternoons dedicated to tech topics.
 * Take part in the on-call rotation: 1 week per team member, during office hours only
 * Improve and optimise our current product and infrastructure
 * Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
