Desirable * Previous experience of working with/using CPOMS products in educational setting Other: * Must be flexible to work outside core hours for customer training as and when necessary and may include overnight stays * Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle * Must be able to attend the office in Skipton 3 days per week. ## Description The Implementation Specialist is a key position to support CPOMS continued growth and expanding our market leading position by ensuring a successful implementation across all products for our clients. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the following: * The implementation of CPOMS, StaffSafe, Engage, VisitorSafe, Raptor Emergency Management, and other related systems as necessary. * Delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction through project management of implementations, services, and trainings. * Complying with data privacy legislation.
