Job DescriptionERP Transformation Lead (Construction)Competitive Day Rate or FTC PackageNorth West + National TravelOur client is a construction group entering a major systems transition following recent changes. The business is moving away from a bespoke Microsoft Dynamics 365 setup and requires an experienced ERP specialist to assess current processes, recommend a new platform and lead the selection and implementation of a new one. This is a hands-on transformation role requiring construction knowledge/experience and the ability to deliver the full scope of works.Key Responsibilities: Assess current systems, workflows and data structures from a cold start Map business processes across commercial, build, technical, land, finance and customer care Review existing D365 configuration and identify gaps, risks and bespoke elements Recommend a new ERP and produce vendor-agnostic options Lead vendor selection including scope definition, module requirements and pricing negotiation Manage
