Programming or scripting experience using Python, Bash, Go, or similar. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially in complex build, pipeline, or infrastructure environments. * A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams to improve developer workflows. * Experience operating CI infrastructure at scale, including runners, agents, distributed build systems, or self-hosted CI environments. * Experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, Kubernetes, or infrastructure-as-code. * Exposure to security best practices in CI/CD environments, including secrets management, dependency security, and pipeline hardening. * Experience improving developer experience or internal platform tooling. * Experience supporting software delivery in complex engineering environments, such as robotics, autonomous systems, machine learning, or large-scale software platforms. You'll help make our pipelines faster, more scalable, more secure, and easier for engineers to use. You'll work closely with software engineers across the business to understand workflow pain points, troubleshoot complex build and pipeline issues, and deliver infrastructure and tooling improvements that have a direct impact on engineering productivity.
