 * Strong experience across the Microsoft data ecosystem, including Fabric, Azure Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI, Azure SQL and Data Lake.
 * Experience designing sophisticated lakehouse, data warehouse and analytics architectures that perform at enterprise scale.
 * A passion for what's next in Microsoft technology and using new capabilities to create smarter, more innovative solutions.
 * The architectural judgement to balance innovation with security, governance, scalability and resilience.
 * The presence and credibility to engage senior technology leaders, challenge conventional thinking and inspire confidence in your technical vision.
 * Experience leading and inspiring technical teams to turn architecture into successful real-world solutions.
 * Active UK SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain it.
