## About the Role

* 3 to 5 years' experience delivering Certinia solutions
 * Certinia Financial Management Cloud and Professional Services Cloud certifications
 * Salesforce Administrator certification
 * Experience working directly with clients in a consulting environment
 * Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK
 * Degree in business, finance, IT or equivalent experience

## Description

Agilyx delivers ERP and technology solutions that enable long-term business transformation. This role is responsible for delivering Certinia-based solutions to clients and ensuring projects meet defined scope, timelines and commercial objectives. You will work closely with the PMO, contribute to pre-sales activities and support the development of junior consultants.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales

 * Support pre-sales by leading product demonstrations and contributing to solution design
 * Provide input to proposals, estimates and statements of work
 * Identify and communicate opportunities for existing and prospective clients

Project Delivery

 * Deliver Certinia solutions aligned to agreed requirements and acceptance criteria
 * Provide functional consultancy on product capability and best practice business processes
 * Configure, implement and support Certinia and associated solutions
 * Produce key deliverables including functional documentation, test scripts and training materials
 * Deliver client training sessions and post-implementation support
 * Troubleshoot and resolve solution and environment issues

Project Governance

 * Manage risks and issues within assigned workstreams
 * Communicate progress, impacts and resolutions to stakeholders
 * Contribute to project planning and estimation activities
 * Align delivery to Agilyx implementation methodology and project standards
 * Maintain awareness of commercial impact in all decisions and activities

Internal Contribution

 * Mentor and support junior consultants
 * Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices
 * Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge
