## About the Role

+ You will have strong knowledge of data quality, reporting and analytics, with competence in tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI and basic SQL.
 + You will understand data protection, information governance, information security, cyber risks, and clinical safety in digital health projects.
 + You will be collaborative, resilient and proactive, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing projects, deadlines and priorities.
 + A degree-level education is required, or equivalent extensive and in-depth specialist SystmOne knowledge, development, support and experience.

## Description

+ Provide specialist support for clinical systems, including TPP SystmOne, EMIS Web and AccuRx/DXS, resolving incidents, service requests and problems within agreed service levels.
 + Design, deliver and evaluate training, guidance and knowledge resources that help colleagues use clinical systems safely, effectively and confidently.
 + Lead or coordinate system migrations, releases, upgrades and business change activities, supporting digital transformation, integration and interoperability programmes.
 + Work with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders to improve workflows, system configuration and service delivery.
 + Assess and manage clinical, operational, information governance and patient safety risks associated with system changes, while maintaining accurate records of decisions, changes and risks.

You'll join our Digital & IT team. We are a not-for-profit, community interest company and our main purpose is to support Primary Care across Suffolk, including support with working collaboratively and at scale. We also deliver a portfolio of NHS services across Suffolk and North East Essex, including Podiatry, Ultrasound, Diabetes, and Urgent Care Services including the Out of Hours face-to-face Service in Suffolk.
